Policy on the processing of personal data
made pursuant to and for the purposes of D. Lgs. 196/2003
PURPOSE OF THE PRESENT DOCUMENT
The following information describes the methods of processing of the personal data of site users of www.infinityroses.it, collected during the consultation of the same.
This notice is provided pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree June 20 2003 no. 196 - Code  on the Protection of Personal Data - to those who interact with the web services accessible electronically beginning at the address: www.infinityroses.it The information provided below is also based on the guidelines derived from art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/CE and specifically regarding the collection of personal data on the Internet aiming to identify the minimum of measures that should be taken with regard to the interested parties to guarantee the integrity and legality of these practices.

DATA CONTROLLER
Following the consultation of the site www.infinityroses.it, henceforth referred to as the SITE, data relative to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "Controller" of this processing is Beauty Experience S.r.l, henceforth referred to as the DATA CONTROLLER.
SCOPE
This notice is provided only for the current SITE and not for other external websites that may be consulted via links present on the pages of the SITE, which connect to different domains for which the DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing connected to the web services of the SITE (physically residing on the server connected to the internet) is carried out at the headquarters of the DATA CONTROLLER and is handled solely by employees, collaborators or people responsible for processing, or by those assigned to occasional maintenance operations. No data derived from the navigation of the SITE shall be disclosed or disseminated to third parties whose operation is not inherent to the management, function or control of the operations of the SITE itself. The personal data provided by users who submit requests for informational material are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service or provision requested and are disclosed to third parties only in cases in which this is necessary for that purpose, except as provided for in the chapter "optional provision of data."

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data
During the course of normal use, the computer systems and software procedures necessary for the operation of this SITE acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of the internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its nature may, through processing and association with data collected by third parties, allow for the identification of users.  Included in this category are the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connected to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the dimensions of the file received by way of response, the numerical code indicating the state of the server's response (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the operating system and software environment of the user. These data are used exclusively to gather anonymous statistics on the use of the SITE and to monitor its correct operation. These data may be made available by the DATA CONTROLLER to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical cyber crimes or other requests authorized by legal authorities.
Data voluntarily provided by site users
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on the SITE or through the compilation of request forms or other guided procedures present on the same SITE involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data entered.
Specific summaries of information will be reported or displayed on the website pages dedicated to particular services by request.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Except for where specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide his or her personal data through request forms or otherwise indicated in contact to solicit the sending of informational material or other communications. Failure to provide this information may result in the request being impossible to fulfill. For the sake of completeness it should be remember that, in certain cases (not part of the ordinary management of this site,) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art. 157 of D.Lgs no. 196/2003, for the purposes of control over the processing of personal data. In these cases response is obligatory, on pain of administrative sanction.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD
In cases in which, for access to the reserved area of the SITE the user is requested to select a "username" and/or a "password," it will be the user's responsibility to keep those data secure and immediately inform the DATA CONTROLLER if they are used by unauthorized persons.

COOKIES
Cookies are short text files downloaded by the User's device when a website is visited and that allow the SITE to recognise the User's device. They have various purposes such as, for example, allowing efficient navigation between pages, remembering favorite sites and, in general, improving browsing experience.
Based on the functionality and purpose of their use, cookies can be subdivided into technical cookies, profiling cookies and third-party cookies.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed with or without electronic or automated, software-based or telematic instruments for no longer than strictly necessary to accomplish the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, their illicit or incorrect use or unauthorized access, in compliance with the obligation to ensure minimum security measures.
To provide a complete service the SITE may contain links to other websites not managed by the present DATA CONTROLLER, who cannot be held responsible for errors, content, cookies, publication of morally objectionable content, advertisements, banners or files not conforming to the requirements of current legislation and in adherence to the Privacy Policy of the aforementioned sites.
 
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their completion or updating, or their rectification (art. 7 of D.Lgs no. 196/2003) Pursuant to the same article the data subject has the right to request the deletion, anonymization or restriction of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object to their processing for legitimate reasons.
In any case the User is free at any moment to revoke consent previously given, sending a message to that end without formal notice to the DATA CONTROLLER at the contact information given at the beginning of the present document.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE CURRENT PRIVACY POLICY
The DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to update the present Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to current law and to improve it, including keeping in mind suggestions brought by clients, collaborators and users.  
Cookies

WHAT IS A COOKIE?

Essential cookies cannot be disabled using Site features.
Another type of technical cookie is that used to analyze statistics regarding access or visits to the site, also called "analytics," that serves exclusively statistical purposes and collects information in an aggregated format without the possibility of identification of a single user.

PROFILING COOKIES
Profiling cookies are used to improve the user's experience of the SITE by suggesting content in line with the user's preferences displayed during browsing, based on the content visualized and other behavioral parameters.

In this case certain SITE features may become unavailable.

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
The SITE uses some external features or contains some external links with the aim of improving the use and social characteristics of the site through integration with third party platforms (e.g. share buttons for Facebook, Google, etc.).
